NOTE: Since it is privately-owned, there is the benefit of having more flexibility with your meals: 1) you have the option to save $$ by making some or all of your own meals, or

2) you have the option to select monthly meal options (1 to 3 meals/day in the Lifestyle Plan), or

3) you can purchase prepaid meal cards to use when needed. (Please note that even if you do make your own meals, you can still enjoy dining in the dining room with friends & family, if you book meals in advance. Evening dinners offer a choice of two meal selections.)

(NOTE: There are No hookup or disconnect fees for electric/heat, as the owner has a SaskPower Landlord Agreement in place.) There is a $1,000 refundable damage deposit on the suite.
